Since the companies start in 1999, Tucker Building as completed several commercial projects and office space for real estate, mortgage companies, retail shops, and general office space.
Habersham Sales Office
Habersham Land Company hired TBC to help construct its commercial town center and its sales office. Habersham’s sales office is a three story wood, CMU and steel building with several architectural details to reflect this developments attention to detail. This building utilized a combination of interior and exterior finishes ranging from stucco, hardi siding, concrete countertops, stained concrete floors and custom interior wood trim in order to provide a comfortable space for Habesham’s real estate agents to meet with prospective clients.
Lobeco Library
The project is Lobeco Library located on highway 21 constructed for Beaufort County. This project was very rewarding in that it involved restoring an old abandoned school house into a useful Library for the community. This building required new foundation, new windows, restored roof and exterior brick and windows. Today, this building serves the Lobeco Community with the latest internet services, library space for research and learning and reading areas for children.
