Tucker Building partnered with Habersham Land Company, National winner of best neighborhood design, to construct their Mixed Use Live Work Commercial and Residential Units. To date, over 40 units have been completed using the latest features of the growing Urbanism layout to maximize densities and bring shops and parks closing to living spaces.

Commercial Offices

Lobeco Library for Beaufort County consists of renovation of existing school house into a state of the art library. This project involved the restoration of an historical building which was not occupied in order to provide Library services to an rural community.

Tucker Building renovated the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce and visitors center.

Residentials

Tucker Building completed the construction of 100 Dolphin Point on Cat Island overlooking the Intra coastal waterway. This project is due to be featured in Coastal Living Magazine in March of 2010.
